Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now a 5 star facility from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Serves.) The rating includes three types of performance measure: Health Inspection Rating, Staff Rating and Quality Measures Rating.
National Guard Assists to help combat the spread of Corona-virus

Members of the Georgia National Guard visited us at Jonesboro to help combat the spread of the corona-virus, and we are very grateful for their support.
Together, we sanitized the entire facility. We continue to follow the recommendations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) ad the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in order to best protect our residents and staff.

With physical, occupational, speech and outpatient services, you can trust that Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has all the tools necessary to help our residents reach their maximum potential. Our latest addition is our Activities of Daily Living (ADL) apartment, equipped to duplicate home activities.
Cardiac Care Unit
Our new cardiac room equipped with bedside cardiac telemetry monitoring, vital signs and oxygen saturation monitoring offers specialized care of residents after heart attacks, unstable angina, cardiac arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat) and various other cardiac related conditions.
Short Term Rehab Suites
Our beautifully decorated spacious private & semi-private rooms are equipped to make our residents feel as comfortable as possible all while staying in a homelike setting. These newly renovated rooms ensure our residents will get the most out of their stay with us throughout their rehabilitation.
Dining and Amenities
We are happy to offer wonderful amenities at Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center including a 5 Star Dining Program in our wonderful restaurant, “Chandelier’s Fine Dining”. We strive to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible by having a selection of things to do every day!
