Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation hosted their first ever ‘Trunk or Treat’ on October 30th. Due to social distancing, the spooky celebration was held in the parking lot of the facility.

Our therapy gym is equipped with the latest technology in order for our residents to get the most out of their rehabilitative stay. With physical, occupational, speech and outpatient services, you can trust that Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has all the tools necessary to help our residents reach their fullest potential. Our latest addition to the therapy gym is our Activities of Daily Living (ADL) apartment. This apartment is equipped with a fully functioning laundry room, bedroom, living room and kitchen to duplicate home activities. We want to make sure our residents are as ready as possible to return home!

Jonesboro is Now A Five Star Facility

Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now a 5 star facility from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Serves.) The rating includes three types of performance measure: Health Inspection Rating, Staff Rating and Quality Measures Rating.
